How Many Cars do you have?
We have a fleet of over 25 vehicles which includes Mercedes Benz, BMW, 6 & 8 Seat Buses and a whole lot more to choose from!
What is your pricing like?
We offer excellent service at competitive prices, please call or email for a quote.
Is the quote by phone or email the final price?
Yes! As a convenience to you, when you call or email us to inquire about our rates, we give you a price quote that includes all fees.
Do we have to pay any parking fees?
Parking is excluded in the price.
Does your company charge for driving time to and from your place or does the time start when the driver arrives at the pickup location?
The time starts when the driver arrives at the pickup location and stops once all the passengers have left the vehicle.
How are the drivers dressed?
All of our drivers wear a shirt and tie and our executive transport drivers wear a dark suit.
How many drop/pickups or stops are we allowed to make?
You are allowed to make as many pickups and stops as you like as stated on your order form, any additional requirements will be subject to quotation.
Are all your vehicles insured?
Yes we are fully insured with public liability.
I am at the airport, where do I meet the driver?
Our chauffeurs always wait inside the arrivals terminal with a board carrying your name/company name or in case of discretion where specific requirements have been made we will adapt to suit your needs.
My flight has been delayed, will I miss my transport?
We monitor your flight to ensure that our driver will meet you on time, whether your flights are early or late. We allow for baggage handling and passport control to minimise waiting time costs.
Do you offer facilities for the disabled?
We can offer you an excellent service for disabled access vehicles from 7 seat euro cabs to 8 and 16 seat tail lift buses. All drivers are trained to secure wheelchairs to ensure customer safety.
If I experience a problem outside office hours is there a contact available to advise?
We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days of the year and there is always a receptionist available to answer any queries you may have.
Are your hours regulated?
Our drivers can work a maximum of 10 hours per day providing they take a 2 hour break in the middle. When drivers attend day lond events or are required at unsocial hours, this is taken into consideration with their work allocation for the following day.
How can I be sure that my young daughter is safe to travel alone with your drivers?
All our drivers are CRB checked and only drivers up to a professional standard are employed.
How much experience does your company have?
Reading Airport Transfers has been serving the industry since ages in this time we have expanded the fleet to become the largest in Reading, Berkshire. We are constantly investing to improve on the quality of service and the standard of our vehicles. We have a fully computerised taxi booking system in place with GPS tracking in all our vehicles and offer many additional facilities to aid customer safety and satisfaction.
How can I be sure that my conversation does not become public knowledge?
All our drivers and receptionists are asked to sign confidentiality forms to protect your privacy.
Can we have a drink on the way?
No food or drink is to be consumed in the vehicle, if drink or food is being transported in sealed containers or bottles we will let you put them in the storage hold until you reach your destination.
How will I know when my transport has arrived?
Our staff will ask on your booking if you require callback and our computerised system will call the number you have provided us with when your vehicle is outside.
